Before joining OneDigital, Jessica worked in private practice focusing on health and welfare, retirement, and executive compensation. Her extensive experience encompasses resolving complex compliance issues under ERISA, the Code, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and FMLA. She is well versed in designing and implementing benefit plans tailored to the specific needs of employers of all sizes. Jessica also is experienced in rectifying operational errors under both the IRS and DOL resolution systems.
Jessica’s educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Dual Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Anthropology from Syracuse University.
