Jim is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and a Senior Vice President in our Retirement + Wealth division. After starting his career in financial services, he recognized how overlooked the importance of developing sound financial habits was to long-term financial independence. In 2003, he founded his own firm on this principle, and in 2012, Jim partnered with Dave Caruso to ultimately co-found TimeScale Financial, which was acquired by OneDigital in 2022. Jim believes that helping people assert predictability and control over their daily finances to strengthen their financial position is as empowering as it is rewarding. This philosophy is the core of everything that he does. Away from the office, he enjoys boating, playing basketball, traveling with his family and discovering different cultures, languages and food.
