Joe Capela is VP of Operations at OneDigital. He leads the Complete Retirement Solution team as they focus on providing retirement plans to small businesses. Providing retirement plan benefits to employees allows them to begin saving and planning for a comfortable retirement.
Joe believes every employee should have access to a retirement plan benefit. He strives to help business owners develop and implement a cost-effective and impactful retirement plan solution.
Joe has worked his entire career in the retirement plan business. Prior to joining OneDigital, Joe was the Vice President of RPS Plan and Business Administration Manager at Huntington National Bank.
He graduated from The University of Akron with a bachelor's degree in accounting. He currently holds the Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation through the American Society of Pension Professionals.
