Joel Mills, is a Managing Principal and Senior Consultant in the OneDigital West Region.
Joel has been working with CEOs, CFOs, and Human Resource Professionals to make it easier to focus on growing their companies. With over 20 years of insurance experience, he is known for providing strategic consulting in employee benefits, alternative funding, analytics, human resource and compliance support, and technology and integration tools.
Prior to joining OneDigital, Joel founded Ventris, LLC, a top 10 insurance agency and consulting firm in Utah providing employee benefits, property casualty, and human resource consulting services. Additionally, Joel was a founding partner of Intermountain Business Insurance a full-service insurance agency.
Joel studied Finance and Business Management at Brigham Young University. Recognized as an industry expert he serves or has served on advisory boards with United Healthcare, Select Health, Aetna, and Blue Cross.
Outside of work, Joel can frequently be found enjoying the mountains skiing, biking and hiking or on a lake with his wife Sunny and four kids.
