John Jaeger serves as Vice President of Client Success for OneDigital’s Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota markets. With over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, John brings a client-first mindset and deep market expertise to his role, overseeing all aspects of client retention and service delivery across the region.
John began his career with Linden Health Group, prior to its merger with OneDigital, where he built the agency’s largest book of business and maintained a 97% client retention ratio—serving employers representing over 8,000 insured members. His ability to foster long-term partnerships and deliver innovative, cost-effective benefit solutions has been a hallmark of his career.
In 2018, John was appointed Managing Principal of OneDigital’s Des Plaines, IL office, and in 2020, he assumed client retention responsibilities for the Illinois market. His recent promotion expands his leadership to include Wisconsin and Minnesota, reinforcing OneDigital’s commitment to regional collaboration and client excellence.
John is highly skilled in navigating the complexities of the Affordable Care Act and benefit compliance. He holds certifications from the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) in Self-Funded Plans and Total HIPAA Compliance. He also serves on the Producer Advisory Councils for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois and United Healthcare of Illinois.
Beyond his professional achievements, John is a passionate supporter of Mercy Home for Boys & Girls, serving on the Ambassadors Board and committing to run a marathon in all 50 states to raise $250,000 for the Home.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater.
