As Senior Managing Principal at OneDigital, Joe focuses on corporate talent acquisition, sales strategy, market consistency, and business growth. An area of specific interest to Joe is the company’s General Agency division, which operates as Kistler Tiffany Benefits, and has established itself as a longstanding leader in the PA, DE, and NJ marketplace. In this capacity he evaluates services and develops strategies that empower broker partners to grow their business and achieve success. Joe previously served as vice president and then president of Kistler Tiffany Benefits, before the company was acquired by OneDigital in January 2020. His previous industry experience includes managing the Broker Sales Unit at AmeriHealth Insurance Company of New Jersey.
He is an active member in several industry organizations (NAHU, NJAHU, SJAHU) and sits on the advisory board of multiple carriers.
He serves as president of the Kistler-Tiffany Foundation.
Joe is a graduate of Mount St. Mary's University and is a current member of the Board of Trustees.
