Joseph Neff

Joseph Neff is the Vice President of Client Services for OneDigital’s Pacific Northwest region, bringing over 22 years of experience in the large group self-funded benefits space. In this role, Joseph leads a team dedicated to delivering strategic guidance and exceptional service to mid-market and large employers.

Throughout his career, Joseph has represented medical, pharmacy, and vision administrators for complex self-funded groups—primarily those with 500+ employees. His deep expertise spans plan design, funding strategy, forecasting and budgeting, vendor negotiations, employee engagement, and wellness planning. He also has a strong foundation in underwriting, compliance, and administration across both corporate and public sectors.
