Josh Dillinger is a principal and VP of client services for OneDigital’s Tampa office, formerly GCD Insurance Consultants, Inc. and brings with him over 28 years of employee benefits experience and an extensive background in insurance carrier operations.
Prior to his time spent at GCD Insurance Consultants, Inc., Josh was involved in health plan management in various capacities, including the growth of provider networks, insurance product development and oversight of strategic relationships for Prudential Healthcare.
During his time with Paramount Dental Plan, later acquired by SafeGuard Dental & Vision, he continued his focus on insurance product design, distribution, and implementation. Josh also oversaw the Florida market, which led the company in membership growth in 2004.
Josh is an alumnus of the University of South Florida, is married with two sons and enjoys volunteering his time in the community.
