Kathleen currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development, Employee Benefits with OneDigital. Kath focuses on developing a long-term, sustainable strategy regarding employee benefits. The cost of providing benefits continues to rise, and employee morale is measured in part based on the quality of benefits offered. Many employers struggle to balance employee needs with their own bottom lines and OneDigital is here to help meet those divergent needs.
Kathleen has 15 years of experience in the insurance industry and has been with OneDigital since 2009. She is responsible for identifying and developing resources relevant to OneDigital’s development and sales goals. She liaises with staff to ensure top-level client experience from follow up to delivery. Kathleen’s focus is on selling from an industry-leading suite of solutions and emerging market offerings. She contributes to OneDigital’s vision and growth strategy, maintains awareness of the marketplace and competitive trends, and recommends areas for improvement. She is also responsible for developing an opportunity pipeline and new client portfolio and serves in a consulting role on the new business transition team.
Prior to her current role, Kathleen was the leader of the Mergers and Acquisitions Business Unit in which she managed and consulted on due diligence and integration strategies with Private Equity partners as well as acquisition-heavy clientele. Kathleen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Auburn University.
