Kim Garrison is a Managing Consultant with OneDigital Health and Benefits in Charlottesville Virginia. In her role, Kim helps clients to develop, design, implement and manage their employee benefit programs. She is accountable for the delivery of services provided, including strategic planning, financial and operational performance, and all client deliverables. Kim has extensive work experience in client services administration as well as account and operations management. Prior to joining OneDigital, Kim served as Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual where she managed the retirement account block of business and the Branch Operations Assistant and Training Coordinator for Guaranty Bank. She is known for her attention to detail, responsiveness to client issues and ability to think outside the box to solve client issues. In January 2015, Kim was awarded the Digital Leadership Award exuding the qualities of leadership in their practice. Kim has obtained her Virginia Life, Health and Annuity license.
On a personal note, Kim lives in Madison with her husband Mike and their daughter Courtney. She is very involved in the community and has worked closely with Operation Once in a Lifetime, Wounded Warriors and Out of the Darkness.
