Laura has spent over 28 years in the employee benefits industry with an extensive background in both the benefits brokerage and insurance carrier space, most notably Delta Dental of Massachusetts and Prudential Insurance. Prior to OneDigital, Laura was Assistant Vice President, at NFP in Norwell, MA managing and mentoring a team of individuals. Developing innovative and strategic ideas to identify and solve client employee benefits needs and issues. She was also a AVP at Eastern Benefits, and was responsible for developing new business advisory relationships with mid-size to large employers focused on all aspects of their health and welfare plans; including strategic planning, risk management, regulatory compliance while delivering superior, personal touch service.
Laura is a Licensed Life, Health, and Accident Insurance Broker and is an active member of the New England Employee Benefits Council and Smaller Business Association of New England. She shares the OneDigital culture, and is passionately active with a number of charitable organizations.
