About
Marangelis is a lively HR professional who thrives on interacting and collaborating with others. She has been in this space for over 10 years with a multifaceted background in HR services that include employee relations, professional development and training, performance management, and executive leadership. Marangelis’ priority is to always ensure that her clients’ feel they are heard and that the results she provides exceeds their expectations.
Prior to joining the OneDigital team, she worked as the Director of Human Resources for the Hispanic Health Council, providing support, managing and facilitating all areas of HR including payroll. Before that, Marangelis worked at the Fair Haven Community Health Care as the HR Generalist providing support to the VP and managing the organization’s day-to-day HR functions for their 200 employees and 14 sites.
Marangelis graduated from Berkeley College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management, and she is currently studying for her SHRM-SCP certification.
