Matt Moraski is a Senior Managing Principal at OneDigital Tennessee. With over 20 years of leadership and industry experience, Matt is an entrepreneur and experienced executive. Leading a talented team of professionals to drive growth through differentiation and a people-first approach, he and his team are poised to continue expanding throughout Tennessee.
Prior to joining OneDigital, Matt was President and CEO of Gravity Benefits, an employee benefits consulting firm headquartered in southwest Florida. Under his guidance, Gravity attracted a skilled team of employee benefits professionals, and working with some of the state’s most recognized organizations, Gravity experienced year over year double-digit growth.
Matt graduated from Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He has served on several nonprofit boards and has coached and mentored various athletic teams.
Matt currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee, with his wife, Amy, and their two children.
