Matt Moraski is a managing principal at OneDigital Southwest Florida, leading his team through monumental industry changes, poised to continue expanding through Florida. Matt has cultivated a high performing team of leaders and relies on his ability to stay innovative and passionate to bring new energy to an industry that has needed massive change.
Prior to joining OneDigital, Matt was President & CEO of Gravity Benefits, an employee benefits consulting firm headquartered in Bonita Springs, FL. Under his guidance, Gravity attracted a talented team of employee benefits professionals working with some of the state’s most recognized organizations.
Matt graduated from Clemson University with a bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. He has served on several non-profit boards and has coached and mentored athletes throughout the region.
Matt currently resides in Naples, FL with his wife Amy and their two children.
