As Senior Vice President of Executive Talent and Operations at OneDigital, Meagan leads and executes targeted leadership and talent strategies that contribute to the overall success and profitability of the business. Additionally, she is responsible for leading the overall strategy and growth of the Human Resources Consulting (HRC) practice.
Meagan has nearly 20 years of recruiting, talent management, human resources, and general business leadership experience. Before joining OneDigital in 2014, she spent ten years recruiting and developing attorneys in law firms and state legal aid. Upon joining OneDigital in 2014, Meagan built and led the company’s national talent management and training efforts. In 2020, she joined the national operations leadership team, and most recently, in 2023, she took on additional responsibility for leading the HRC practice.
Meagan’s academic background includes a B.A. in Public Relations from Auburn University, a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Emory University, and a certificate in business leadership from the University of Georgia Executive Education.
