Mike Shanahan serves as the Senior Managing Principal at OneDigital. He heads up a national team of experienced, Property-Casualty and Employee Benefits advisors that help clients solve their risk management puzzle.
Mike has been with our St. Louis, Missouri office since 2020 when HM merged into the OneDigital family. He is responsible for recruiting talented people and resources, to over service our rapidly growing of list of clients.
Prior to joining OneDigital, Mike was the CEO and President of HM Risk from 2004-2020. Executive Vice President of Lockton Companies from 1994-2003, Director of Marketing at Engineered Support Systems, Inc 1990-1994, and a Sales Representative for the St. Louis Blues Hockey Club 1998-1990.
Mike holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Chaifetz Business School at Saint Louis University.
Mike serves on the Board of Directors of the Backstoppers, Persimmon Woods Golf club, The Saint Louis University Billiken Club, Habitat for Humanity St. Louis Development Council and is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
A native of St. Louis, MO, Mike and his wife have four children and reside in Chesterfield, MO.
