With over 20 years in human resources—and a decade as an Executive HR Consultant—Michele brings deep knowledge across all facets of HR. She’s particularly strong in employee and labor relations, leadership development, change management, and aligning workplace culture with business goals. Michele has successfully guided clients through union negotiations, mediations, and grievance processes, and has held senior HR roles at major organizations like Philip Morris, Shell Oil, Sanofi Aventis, and WellMed Medical Group.
She believes employees are an organization’s greatest asset and is passionate about equipping clients with the tools and strategies to boost engagement and drive results. Michele holds a master’s in healthcare administration from St. Joseph’s University and a bachelor’s from Rider University. She’s a certified Senior HR Professional (SHRM) and a trained facilitator in DISC, behavioral interviewing, leadership development, and performance management.
