As Managing Director of the OneDigital Executive Benefits Team, Mike leads day-to-day operations, and is responsible for the vision and implementation of short- and long-term executive benefits team initiatives. He leads the planning and allocation of department resources, personnel management, coordinates teams and projects, and facilitates the successful interface of the executive benefits team throughout the organization.
Mike’s experience in providing oversight to a national executive benefits consulting firm is deep, having served as the Director of Administration for Fulcrum Partners Executive Benefits consultancy for two years, and for more than twelve years, as the Executive Director, and prior to that, the Vice President of Operations/Human Resources at an executive benefits and retirement consulting firm based in Ohio. Mike also has more than ten years of experience as a Client Relationship Manager with Aon Hewitt.
Among his many valued areas of expertise are organizational leadership, budget development and implementation, CRM administration, process improvement, budget preparation, personnel and vendor management, operations, strategic planning, market identification and data analysis. Mike is a proven leader in helping organizations achieve strategic goals by ensuring appropriate employee engagement and resource utilization.
