Natalie joined the OneDigital wellness team as the Wellness Coordinator in January 2015 after completing her undergraduate degree in Health Promotion from the University of Georgia. In October 2017, she was promoted to Sr. Wellness Coordinator. In June 2019, she transitioned into her new role as Health & Wellbeing Consultant. She has completed all four levels of the Chapman Institute worksite wellness certifications, finishing with the Worksite Wellness Program Consultant certification. Natalie is also a member of WELCOA (the Wellness Council of America). Her responsibilities include working with clients to identify opportunities for worksite wellness programming, developing and executing customized and strategic health & well-being programs, coordination and implementation of onsite wellness initiatives, evaluation of data, researching worksite wellness best practices, vendor partners, resources, tools, and solutions in the marketplace.
Natalie has a passion for helping individuals achieve their highest level of well-being and also working with a variety of different clients to explore how their companies can be organizations where individuals thrive. Natalie has a passion to travel, camp, and live life “beyond walls”.
