Nicholle Trugman is an Employee Benefits Strategist with over 10 years in the industry, working with CEOs, CFOs and Human Resources Professionals to develop long-term strategic direction for their Employee Benefit Plans. She has become a passionate leader and strategic resource in providing concrete direction to the business partners she serves.
Nicholle is known for providing clients with a single source of expertise in plan design, managing plan costs in conjunction with meeting the employee’s needs, calculating financial risks and effectively communicating the strategies and complexities of employee benefits. She serves clients with global consistency and unique solutions by analyzing contracts and other factors affecting benefit programs and decision-making. With the health care landscape constantly changing, her focus has been to alleviate anxiety by taking a consultative approach that focuses on providing solutions that strengthen the employer-employee relationship and streamline processes.
Nicholle currently serves on the board of directors for Speech and Language Development Center. She is also an active member of the Inland Empire Association of Health Underwriters.
