Nicole Cahill is an experienced HR professional who prides herself on being a true generalist in the field. Specifically, Nicole’s background includes employee relations, training and development, full cycle recruitment and onboarding programs, employee engagement and retention management, best practices and compliance. Nicole also is experienced in assisting in the development, recommendation, and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
Prior to joining OneDigital, Nicole worked as an HR professional in the customer service industry at Enterprise and Rent-A-Car, where she cultivated strong interpersonal skills, giving her the ability to build solid relationships with her colleagues and clients. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Westfield State University and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Emmanuel College. Nicole previously held certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Society of Human Resource Management.
