About
Rich is a principal and VP of operations for OneDigital’s Tampa office, formerly GCD Insurance Consultants, Inc. bringing with him a wealth of financial and human resources knowledge. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant managing audits, reviews, compilations and income tax issues for clients in various industries.
Prior to OneDigital, Rich managed daily operations, including customer service, provider relations, claims, billing and eligibility at Paramount Dental Plan. In addition to handling all human resources functions, he managed the Department of Insurance compliance and reporting and his role was eventually expanded to include oversight of the company’s sales and account management divisions.
During his career, he has held responsibility for all financial issues, benefits and payroll as well as implementing a complete employee benefits program while managing a staff that grew from 20 to 120 employees.
Rich earned his Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Stetson University. His certifications include a Life, Health and Annuities License, a CPA certificate and a SPHR certification. He is married with two children and enjoys playing football, tennis and soccer, as well as coaching youth sports.
