Russ Stone is VP of Client Services for our core business at OneDigital, a national team of experienced, local employee benefits advisors who create greater value for employers and inspire individuals to become more engaged health care consumers
Russ has over a decade of experience within the insurance industry as a municipal consultant. Prior to joining Digital, Russ served as the Vice President of The Litchfield Insurance Group, where he directed the employee benefits division for new sales and existing client base. Additionally, he has played an important role at Ovation, now a OneDigital company, as a consultant, sales producer, and principal. Russ specializes in the manufacturing, healthcare and public markets. Elements of his work include managing RFP processes, developing annual budget projections, formulating progressive plan designs, creative collective bargaining strategies and providing expert testimony at arbitration hearings.
He earned his bachelors degree in Political Science with a minor in English and History from Connecticut College. Russ remains an active member of the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities, Connecticut Government Finance Officers Association and Connecticut Association of Healthcare Facilities. Russ enjoys the opportunity to think outside the box and express creativity in helping clients not only address day-to-day issues, but to plan for the future.
