Sam Robert has over twenty years of financial services experience, much of which has focused exclusively on executive benefits and nonqualified deferred compensation plans.
With comprehensive knowledge of creative plan design, a deep commitment to attentive client care, and more than fifteen years directed to relationship management, Sam builds trusted, long-term relationships with clients. Sam has partnered with over 100 clients, including numerous Fortune 1000 companies, to deliver targeted, customized executive benefits strategies.
Before joining OneDigital, Sam was part of the executive benefits team at Fulcrum Partners, one of the nation’s largest and leading executive benefits consultancies. In 2022, Fulcrum Partners, a OneDigital Company, honored Sam as a Catalyst Leader, recognizing his leadership skills and excellent service to clients.
Sam also has over fifteen years as a Relationship Manager for two of the largest nonqualified plan recordkeepers in the industry and six years of experience in retail and investment banking with major
financial firms.
Today, Sam serves the executive benefits needs of OneDigital clients nationwide from his Dallas/Fort Worth home base. An avid “Dance Dad,” Sam volunteers at his daughter’s school and dance studio events and is her biggest fan at her dance and drill team competitions.
