Scott provides nationwide support for HR Compliance and outsourced HR functions. He has spent 15+ years ‘in-house’ HR, in various companies and industries in UT, working in and leading all disciplines including benefits, compensation, L&D and general HR.
In his current role, he strategizes with companies of all sizes to solidify their HR framework and design, to better partner with their business leader counterparts, and achieve efficient, compliant HR operations.
