Prior to joining our team, Scott was a claims processor of medical, dental and flexible spending accounts for Aetna Health Plans. Scott is an administrator of state and national billing and enrollment programs, oversees our office Customer Service staff, and manages our group ancillary benefit services. He routinely develops and issues invoices to our national account clients and coordinates membership updates for health, short and long-term disability and life insurance accounts. He also provides assistance to our Marketing and Sales staff when called upon.
Scott’s role in advising clients concerning Ancillary Benefit plans, Medicare and claim management have allowed our clients to feel confident in serving their employees. He manages all aspects of our Request for Proposal process when it comes to Ancillary Benefit coverage.
Scott is a licensed Broker for Life, Accident and Health insurance in New York State. He has been awarded the Chartered Benefits Consultant designation from the National Association of Alternative Benefit Consultants (NAABC). Scott is a veteran of the United States Navy.
