Sean Nehlsen is the Managing Principal, Human Resource Consulting, for OneDigital's Mid-Atlantic region. Sean is a key influential leader responsible for the overall strategy and vision for HR Consulting across three distinct markets, including Ohio, Greater Pennsylvania, and D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, leading a team of more than 50 Human Resource consultants who engage with OneDigital clients in varying degrees of support.
Prior to joining OneDigital, Sean held various Human Resource positions supporting global business units. During his career, Sean has contributed to and written several articles featured in national publications, including SHRM and Benefits Pro. Sean has a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from The University of Akron and holds his SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications. He also serves on the Leadership and Human Resources Management Advisory Board at The University of Akron.
