Shannon Wilson is the Director of HR Consulting for the West Region at OneDigital. She is passionate about helping companies build a strong HR infrastructure through process improvement and utilizing technology, and helping employees feel supported to be successful in their jobs. Shannon has spent more than 17 years in Human Resources roles at various small to medium size companies with multi-state and global presence. She has a strong generalist background crossing all HR disciplines and specializes in working in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
Prior to joining OneDigital in 2017, she held HR Generalist and Business Partner roles at technology companies in the SF Bay Area and Southern CA. She is a dedicated Human Resources professional with experience providing advice and counsel to executive teams and management, talent acquisition, program development & execution, management coaching, talent development, compensation, policy design and HR operations. Shannon graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in English, and is also SPHR certified.
