Sharon became part of OneDigital’s Midwest region, via acquisition, in January 2019. As Regional Vice President of Client Services, she has responsibility for overall relationship management, strategic planning, vendor management, and contract negotiations for her clients (ranging in size from 200 employees to 8,000 employees). Sharon works closely with her clients on designing a Benefits Program that is fiscally sound, culturally appropriate and valuable in attracting and retaining talent.
Prior to joining the broker community in 2009, Sharon was the Interim Director of Benefits and Compensation at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. She brings over 15 years of experience in the Employee Benefits field where she specialized in Benefits, HRIS and Communications for companies such as Stone Container, Helene Curtis and Laidlaw.
Sharon graduated from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana with a master’s degree in Organizational Communication. She lives in the Western Suburbs of Chicago with her husband and her English Cream Golden Retriever Bruno.
