Spencer started working with OneDigital almost nine years ago as an account manager and specialized in client analytics, system workflow automation, and technology management. Today, working in business development, Spencer’s role is to foster the relationships between clients and OneDigital’s internal teams. Spencer received his MBA from Georgetown, holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation, and is an active member of the DC-area HR community, serving on the Board of Directors with DC SHRM and HR Virginia.
