Stephanie serves as a Principal, HR Specialty Services, which provides recruiting and talent acquisition services, compensation consulting, compensation and benefits data and proprietary survey benchmarking. With more than 25 years of experience in the human resources field, Stephanie has extensive experience in leading teams in all aspects of Human Resources including benefits, compensation, recruitment, employee relations and leadership development. In addition to her technical knowledge, she is known for her ability to build strong relationships while serving as a trusted advisor, providing customers with outstanding experiences.
Prior to joining the team, Stephanie served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Winchester Hospital where her work contributed to that organization being named a “best place to work” by both the Boston Business Journal and The Boston Globe. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Regis College. She resides in Chelmsford, MA with her husband and three sons.
