Steven D. Wladis is a managing principal at OneDigital, a national team of experienced, local employee benefits advisors who create greater value for employers and inspire individuals to become more engaged health care consumers.
Steven has spent over 25 years in the insurance industry. After spending almost four years with nationally known carriers as a sales representative, Steve joined his father who founded a local benefits agency. After elevating to a leadership role, Steve maintained the agency's commitment to providing clients with outstanding, personal service.
Steve earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts and is a current member of SAIFA and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. In addition to his extensive background in employee benefits, he serves on the foundation board of The Syracuse Community Health Center and is a board vice-president of The Jewish Community Center of Syracuse. Away from the office, Steven enjoys nothing more than spending time with his wife and their daughter.
