Todd Belden is the Regional President for OneDigital’s Central Region, encompassing key markets across Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. In this role, Todd is responsible for leading a team of employee benefits, insurance, HR consulting, and financial services professionals who deliver tailored solutions to businesses of all sizes and individuals. He drives efforts to foster organic and acquisitive growth, manage operations, and improve financial performance across all lines of business within the region, working closely with National Practice Leaders and a team of 20+ Market Leaders to deliver comprehensive services.
Since joining OneDigital in 2021 as the Central Region Growth Leader—and most recently as National Practice Leader for Property & Casualty—Todd has been instrumental in driving the growth of OneDigital’s core businesses. Under his leadership, the Property & Casualty (P&C) practice has expanded significantly, achieving double-digit organic growth and completing 25 acquisitions. With deep industry expertise and a client-first approach, Todd is well-positioned to lead the region’s continued expansion in key growth markets, both organically and through M&A, while strengthening OneDigital’s reputation as an innovative market leader.
Before OneDigital, Todd served as Managing Director for USI’s Midwest Region, where he led substantial business growth and built strong client relationships. He brings extensive leadership experience from both national and regional insurance brokerages, consistently driving outsized growth in every role he has held.
