About
Tom Wimer is the National Human Resources Consulting (HRC) Practice Leader for OneDigital. He has developed a highly responsive and quick action team to proactively anticipate and support the needs of OneDigital customers and to ensure the range of exceptional services are scalable across OneDigital’s entire customer base. In addition to leading a team of eight regional human resource consulting leaders and the over 125 human resources consultants across the country, Tom works closely with sales and service leadership to leverage HRC services to support customers. He is also focused on integrating HR services more completely with employee benefits and retirement/financial services operations across the country.
Prior to his current role, Tom was the Regional VP of Operations and HRC and worked closely with the Mid-Atlantic Regional Managing Principal and the entire team to successfully unify the legacy Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Regions into one. He was also integral in the team’s ability to establish a solid foundation of new leaders across the new region in preparation for growth and alignment over a period of four months. Tom also successfully launch the HRC practice in the Fall of 2016 in the Mid-Atlantic Region and successfully integrated with sales and client service teams in a cohesive, collaborative environment.
During his 30 years as a human resources (HR) professional, he has counseled some of the world’s most respected companies, top federal government agencies and non-profit organizations on a variety of issues, including human capital management, organizational effectiveness, and learning solutions.
Tom’s collaborative leadership style means he spends a great deal of time listening and learning from those around him and translate to action with speed and simplicity.
