About
Tyler believes employee benefits are a strategic investment—not just a line item expense. By reframing healthcare as a value driver rather than a cost to mitigate, he help organizations create benefits strategies that enhance earnings per share, drive better health outcomes, and foster workplace cultures where employees feel empowered & valued.
Tyler seeks to set a new standard for progressive employee benefits programs, with over 15 years of experience consulting and educating businesses on their health & welfare strategies. His approach combines a data-driven vision, a fresh perspective on risk management, and a relentless focus on execution - delivering benefits that make a tangible impact on organizations and their people.
A graduate of Loyola Marymount University, outside of work, Tyler is active in his community serving on the board for the Men’s Guild at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and West Coast Care.
He is also a donor & volunteer for Once Upon A Room and Team Rubicon. He resides in Los Angeles with his wife, Cassie, and their French Bulldog, Bodhi.
