Ms. McGee is the Regional Director of Compliance for the Mid-Atlantic region of OneDigital. She has over 20 years of experience providing strategic vision, counsel and cost-effective solutions while responding to the shifting needs of organizations combined with the evolving landscape of employee benefits. Over her career, Ms. McGee has played a key role in helping organizations save money while enhancing the overall value of their employee benefits. She is an expert in compliance including ERISA, COBRA, ACA and HIPAA. Ms. McGee has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Truman State University and a master’s degree in human resources from Loyola University Chicago. She holds the CEBS designation and is CEBS Compliant. She is a past member of the Professional Development committee of ISCEBS and served as the president of the Capital Chapter from 2019 – 2022. She is a past member of the Corporate Board of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
