Wes joined the OneDigital team in January 2019 and has over 20 years of benefits and insurance experience. In his current role as National VP of Client Success, Wes supports the company's national growth and infrastructure goals, bringing additional expertise and proven success amid the company's expansion. As a senior leader on the national operations team, Cowen creates and executes strategies that increase client satisfaction and amplify sales across OneDigital's growing list of capabilities.
Prior to this role, Wes led the Consulting and Analytics teams for OneDigital in Georgia and was responsible for strategy and retention efforts. In the past, Wes has held various leadership roles at leading insurance brokers and carriers and has a passion for bringing unique cost savings ideas to clients to help impact their overall financial goals.
Wes is a graduate of Eastern New Mexico University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing. He is currently the Vice Chair of the OneDigital Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Steering Council and also serves on on advisory councils for several national insurance carriers.
