William O. Daggett, Jr. is a managing principal at OneDigital. His primary objectives include seeking out new growth opportunities and strategic business alignments and mentoring sales team members.
Bill previously served as Chairman, CEO, and Founder of Kistler Tiffany Benefits, which was acquired by OneDigital in January 2020. Prior to that, Bill was managing partner and co-owner of Kistler Tiffany Companies (known today as Kistler Tiffany Advisors). He began his career with the company in a part-time role in 1962, upon graduation from Ursinus College.
Bill currently sits on the boards of several for-profit companies. He is also actively involved with his alma mater, Ursinus College, and has endowed several athletic and academic scholarships. He was awarded the distinction of ‘Most Admired CEO’ by Philadelphia Business Journal in 2014.
Believing it a necessary responsibility of a business owner to give back to the community, Bill helped to create the Kistler-Tiffany Foundation. Since 1985, the Foundation has helped others who cannot help themselves through no fault of their own, by providing grants to worthy nonprofits in PA, DE, and NJ.
