As President and CEO of OneDigital Health and Benefits, Adam Bruckman has led the company from a start-up firm into the largest national agency exclusively focused on employee benefits. Under Bruckman’s leadership, the organization has consistently reached aggressive financial goals year-over-year and has been named annually to the Inc. 5000 List of America’s fastest-growing companies since the honor’s inception in 2007.

Chuck Ristau, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for OneDigital's financial, risk management, information technology, legal and regulatory functions. He is also a key contributor to OneDigital's merger and acquisition activities in the areas of strategy, deal structuring and contracts negotiation.

Mike Sullivan, Chief Growth Officer, utilizes more than 25 years of leadership experience in the insurance and distribution space to manage sales and marketing for OneDigital. He is also responsible for strategy development in response to emerging opportunities relating to healthcare reform.

As Chief Operating Officer for OneDigital, Pete Gruenberg oversees all business operations, including management of the company’s more than 35 broker offices, information technology and all client-facing deliverables. A seasoned industry executive, Pete is a compliance, mergers and acquisition, operations-oriented, lobbying and branding professional whose vision, expertise and leadership have expanded OneDigital’s value proposition for clients.

Greg Blair joined OneDigital as Chief Information Officer in April 2017 after serving as the Vice President of Strategy and Technology at Arby’s Restaurant Group. With a wealth of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture and management consulting at Arby’s, Microsoft, Ernst & Young and Accenture, Greg specializes in driving Business Desired Outcomes aligned with Digital/IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture.

Bill Carew is EVP of Sales and Marketing at OneDigital Health and Benefits. He is a seasoned expert and entrepreneur with more than 30 years experience in the health and benefits business. He joined OneDigital through the acquisition of Ovation Benefits, now OneDigital Hartford, in September 2013 and he joined the national leadership team in 2015.

Julie Cape is the Executive Vice President of our Small Employer Market at OneDigital and has more than 17 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Digital in 2007 as director of sales, she worked for a professional employer organization (PEO) and a payroll/benefits agency.

Elizabeth Chrane, Executive Vice President of Culture and Corporate Development, leads human resources, talent management and culture for OneDigital. This award winning, innovative executive joined the company in 2008 and managed the marketing team until stepping into the role of cultural leader in 2015. She defines a clear relationship between organizational culture and a broad set of business outcomes, including company values, employee attitudes and financial performance.
