OneDigital Appoints Emily Bailey as Northeast Leader

Bailey will lead the company’s Northeast region including New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont and New Hampshire

Bailey brings over 20 years of industry experience to the role and will oversee the continued growth of the region, encompassing New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Vermont, covering 30 offices.

Bailey steps into the role following the retirement of Brian Driscoll in April 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success within the company. Over the course of her 18-year tenure at OneDigital, Bailey has continuously ascended the ranks, most recently as one of the company's standout Market Leaders as Connecticut Managing Principal. Under her leadership, the market achieved 18% growth in five years, while also welcoming three new teams through M&A activity since 2020.

As the RMP for the Northeast Region, Emily will spearhead the continued growth and success of OneDigital.
