Private Equity industry veteran joins firm to scale private equity M&A offerings for businesses

ATLANTA, GA – June 26, 2023 – OneDigital, a leading insurance brokerage, financial services and HR consulting firm, today announced the appointment of Megan Jackson Frye as the National Practice Leader for Private Equity/M&A (PEMA). Megan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this role, having held key positions at Onex and Alterity Group.

At Onex, Jackson Frye played a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of insurance and employee benefits for a diverse global portfolio of over 40 companies. Working closely with OneDigital board member Sam Camens, Jackson Frye successfully drove strategic and cost optimization opportunities, developed proprietary programs, conducted insurance and benefits due diligence, and provided crucial support for investment activity. Prior to Onex, Jackson Frye served as the Managing Director of Alterity Group, where she spent a decade establishing and nurturing a highly successful PEMA-focused practice.
