Presented by Best Companies Group, the Best Place To Work award recognizes employers for several factors including corporate culture, training and development opportunities, salary and benefits, and overall employee satisfaction. Award distinction was broken out into three categories: small companies (15-49 employees), medium companies (50-249 employees) and large companies (250 or more employees).

To be eligible for consideration, organizations must:

• Have a minimum of 15 full-time or part-time employees working in New Jersey

• Must be in business a minimum of one year
