ATLANTA, GA – September 5, 2025 – OneDigital, a leading insurance brokerage, financial services, and HR consulting firm, today announced the promotion of Chelsey Willis to Senior Vice President of Talent. Willis, a 13-year veteran of OneDigital, most recently served as Vice President of Talent. In her new role, she will oversee the continued advancement of OneDigital’s workforce strategy, leadership development, and people-first, high-performance culture, reporting to Elizabeth Chane, Chief People & Culture Officer.
Since joining OneDigital in 2012, when the company employed just 300 people, Willis has played a pivotal role in supporting OneDigital’s exponential growth to more than 5,000 employees. Over the last year alone, the firm welcomed 1,738 new employees, and under Willis’ leadership, OneDigital advanced its talent strategy to support the promotion of 1,425 employees across the organization. Her ability to balance strategic foresight with a people-first approach has positioned OneDigital to sustain its rapid growth while ensuring its talent strategy evolves in lockstep with business needs.
