Industry veteran joins firm to strengthen and scale global benefits offerings for multinational clients

Clark brings a proven track record of helping multinational employers navigate complex global benefits challenges, with previous leadership experience at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) and William Gallagher Associates (WGA).

In the face of economic uncertainty, evolving workforce expectations, and complex regulatory landscapes, employers are reimagining how they support talent on a global scale. Clark brings more than a decade of experience leading global benefits strategies, designing ‘duty of care’ solutions, and supporting growth initiatives for multinational employers. Most recently, he served as Global Growth Leader, Area Senior Vice President at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG), where he recalibrated Gallagher's international benefits capabilities and advanced client service strategies and growth across diverse markets. Earlier in his career, he held consulting and leadership roles at William Gallagher Associates (WGA), Marsh & McLennan Agency, and Spring Consulting Group (an Alera Group Company). In these roles, he advised employers on designing and optimizing benefits programs for global workforces, with a focus on innovative strategies such as alternative funding solutions and captive arrangements. Clark serves on multiple industry boards and is widely recognized as a dynamic speaker on global benefits.
