Kyle Campbell Named SVP of Corporate Development & Deal Architect at OneDigital
New role deepens focus on retirement and wealth in the firm’s expanding M&A pipeline
ATLANTA – August 6, 2025 – OneDigital, a leading insurance brokerage, financial services and HR consulting firm, today announced the promotion of Kyle Campbell to Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Deal Architect. In this newly created role, Campbell will focus on identifying and structuring acquisitions within OneDigital’s rapidly growing Financial Services practice.
Since joining OneDigital’s Mergers & Acquisitions team in 2023, Campbell has played a key role in shaping and executing the firm’s deal throughput. With over eight years of experience in the M&A space, his promotion reflects the strategic importance of the wealth and retirement practices, currently the largest segment of OneDigital’s deal pipeline.
As SVP, Campbell will assist sourcing efforts while collaborating closely with the firm’s 30-person internal deal team to design and structure transactions aligned with OneDigital’s long-term growth goals. His unique blend of financial acumen and business strategy has already contributed to the firm’s ability to close 25 to 30 transactions annually across multiple business lines.
