ATLANTA - Oct. 27, 2026 - OneDigital today announced that Workforce Intelligence: A People-First Playbook for Leading Your Company Through AI Transformation has been named a national bestseller by USA Today. The audiobook edition becomes available on Tuesday October 27th, through Audible, Apple Books, Spotify, and other major audio retailers.
Published by Wiley on August 28, the book is co-authored by Mike Sullivan, Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer of OneDigital, and Vinay Gidwaney, Chief Product Officer of OneDigital. It makes the case that AI adoption is a talent management challenge, and it equips HR and business leaders with a practical way to lead it. The authors draw on OneDigital's own transformation, a firm of 6,000 employees serving 100,000 employer clients, and introduce the Workforce Intelligence (WI) Score, a framework for measuring how effectively an organization combines people and AI. OneDigital advisors are now bringing the book’s framework to clients, guiding employers through the Workforce Intelligence Diagnostic to calculate their WI Score and benchmark it by industry, size, and geography.
