David Levy has worked in the Employee Benefit industry for over 30 years. He founded a company prior to OneDigital and grew that hundreds of groups and over 10,000 enrolled lives. He primary focuses on groups in the Philadelphia and surrounding Pennsylvania area, New Jersey and New York. He has a great expertise with groups in 2-500 size segment. Besides being knowledgeable in all areas of employee benefit planning he also enjoys working with clients to assist with the communications including the open enrollment and other plan information directly to employees.
In his role as Director of Compliance and Innovation, Scott is dedicated to navigating the dynamic healthcare landscape, tailoring his expertise to address the nuanced challenges faced by employers of all sizes. Jessica Gomez has worked in the Human Resources field for over 10 years, with more than half of them being in the HR consulting space. She has vast experience with different sized organizations across a variety of industries. She holds a master’s degree from Penn State University as well as her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification.
Jess is a true HR Generalist but enjoys working with clients to develop effective policies and procedures, handle employee relations, and provide coaching and performance management.
