As workplaces begin to return to some version of pre-COVID operations, employers confront a host of compliance issues including vaccination status of their workforce, to mandate or not, and implementing surcharges. Not to mention the recent legislative changes in Connecticut surrounding the Legalization of Marijuana and Pay Equity, along with the Connecticut Paid Family and Medical Leave Benefit officially going into effect in January, it’s challenging to stay on top of and make sense of the rapidly changing landscape and maintain compliance standing.
