As a Bay Area native, Keith brought his expertise to technology start-ups building a B2B internet company from inception to the largest host of websites worldwide, resulting in a successful pre-IPO exit to NTT-Verio. Additionally, Keith is a founding partner of Human Capital Strategists LLC., a firm providing strategic consulting services in organizational development, technology, M&A, compensation, talent, training, rewards and compliance. Keith holds a B.S. in Business and Economics from San Jose State University. He also holds certifications in Six Sigma and SHRM and is a licensed health & life broker in California. Kirstin Kleinschmidt is a Principal and leads the HR Consulting team at OneDigital - Northern California. Kirstin has spent over 22 years in the health care/insurance industry. Prior to joining OneDigital in 2018, he led is own firm to become one of the premier employee benefit consulting firms in the industry that delivered a unique value proposition with services such as Absence Management Administration, Global Insurance Solutions and other customized solutions. Ray is an experienced employee benefit consultant representing clients in various industries including banking, technology, major retailers, higher education institutions, national chain restaurants and other high profile companies. He particularly excels at serving clients that have complex needs including employers that are publicly traded, have self-funded plans, multi-state locations and organizations seeking profitable growth through global expansion. As a student-athlete, Ray was recruited by several of the nation's top universities including the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where he accepted an athletic scholarship to play soccer. He graduated from UCLA earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. In addition, he helped the UCLA Soccer Team win the NCAA National Championship, while being recognized and awarded team MVP honors. Ray continues to play soccer and remains actively involved with athletic sports in Southern California. As a resident in South Orange County, Ray enjoys his personal time with his wife and children. He also takes great pride in being involved with his local community such as the Boys & Girls Club organization and being a donor to various charitable organizations.
Shannon Wilson is the Director of HR Consulting for the West Region at OneDigital. She is passionate about helping companies build a strong HR infrastructure through process improvement and utilizing technology, and helping employees feel supported to be successful in their jobs. Shannon has spent more than 17 years in Human Resources roles at various small to medium size companies with multi-state and global presence. She has a strong generalist background crossing all HR disciplines and specializes in working in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments. Prior to joining OneDigital in 2017, she held HR Generalist and Business Partner roles at technology companies in the SF Bay Area and Southern CA. She is a dedicated Human Resources professional with experience providing advice and counsel to executive teams and management, talent acquisition, program development & execution, management coaching, talent development, compensation, policy design and HR operations. Shannon graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in English, and is also SPHR certified.
As a bilingual business professional with strong communication and analytical skills, Rebecca is enthusiastic about using knowledge and experience for process improvement and training and is competent at adapting to change while consistently producing quality results. Rebecca is one of the initial members of the OneDigital Leave Management Practice and currently serves as the primary contact for onboarding of all new clients and team lead. Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from California State University, Fullerton. Her HR career first began in recruiting where she developed an in-depth knowledge of creating job descriptions which has contributed positively to understanding the ADA interactive process and how this relates to leave of absences. She was recruited into a leave analyst role at OneDigital while working as an HR Generalist in a hospital. In the generalist role, she served multiple HR functions but as the pandemic began in February of 2020, leave of absences became a huge part of her day to day and Rebecca found a true passion for it.
