Jim Schade is a principal and senior benefits consultant at OneDigital, a national agency with experienced, local employee benefits advisors who create greater value for employers and inspire individuals to become more engaged health care consumers.
Prior to joining OneDigital, Jim was one of the principals of a well-respected Cleveland agency, and a Benefits Advisor specializing in group medical, dental, life, disability and retirement plans. He is a Certified Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act Professional. In addition to more than 30 years of insurance experience, Jim has a strong background in employee relations, as well as marketing and public relations. Jim has served as alumni and admissions director for Saint Ignatius High School in Cleveland and worked in media and employee relations for WTTW-Chicago, a public television station.
Jim is a graduate of Marquette University with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism. He also attended the Universite d’Aix-Francaise in Aix-en-Provence, France. Jim is a member of the Ohio and National Associations of Health Underwriters, and the Northeast Ohio Health Underwriters. He is active in Communion of Saints Parish Saint Ann Church, Beaumont High School, Saint Ignatius High School and other various charities. Jim and his wife have three children and reside in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
