Crystal is the Manager of Client Services for OneDigital Carolinas to include managing the benefits consultants, marketing of accounts, customer service and reporting. Crystal prides herself on being relationship-focused and client-centric. Crystal has over 15 years of experience working in the insurance industry, where she has held sales, account management, and leadership roles. Her knowledge and industry experience has proven valuable as she provides strategic direction and solutions to clients.
Crystal’s schooling and professional development consist of an Undergraduate Degree in Management and Organizational Development from Mt Olive College in Mt Olive, NC and a Master’s Degree in Business Management and Leadership from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. Crystal also holds industry-specific designations of RHU (Registered Health Underwriter), REBC (Registered Employee Benefits Consultant) and CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter); and is a resident Life and Health agent in NC and non-resident licensed in surrounding states.
